Service Description
If your planning a small or large gathering at work for employee appreciation, a co-workers birthday or anniversary, or kiddie social at daycare. invite Gogo's Kool Kream friendly staff members to your event. Allow us to prepare and deliver your freshly churned homemade ice cream, decorate a space,set up your choice of our delicious ice cream treats, a mini bar of toppings and Supersize!!! You want to celebrate at home or at the venue of your choice. We can prepare and deliver your Kool Kream party at your choice of location as well. Don't worry... we'll have fun also helping you create memories (ask for more details). We provide service from set up to clean up all while using Safe social distance practices. Book us for a minimum two hours or any time between 10:00 am -7:00 pm work day Tuesday thru Saturday. Prices start at $75.00 for location set up plus $3.25 per gust for full bar service of three team members. Price very according to number of guest ...25% of invoice balance security deposit requited. Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and take all things into consideration therefore we ask that you submit written cancelation for any scheduled service requiring a deposit 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking for a full refund of any scheduled service minus any deposit. Any cancelation(s) less than 48 hours will forfeit payment including service(s) requiring advanced paid seating...however, receive a credit towards any scheduled seating at the next available open schedule event date of your choice. or ( if in Tulsa a credit will be supplied toward the cost of a "seat" at ArtsyRe Creative Studio LLC)
