Service Description
Keeping social distancing in mind you can still have freshly churned Kool kream ice cream for your special event. Our team will arrive at your designated location prior to your event using safe practices and equipment and set up your ice cream bar with decorative table to match your theme. Includes up to three of your favorite Kool kream flavors, two 5 gallon Kool drinks w/dispenser four ice cream topping, and a candy tray.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and take all things into consideration therefore we ask that you submit written cancelation for any scheduled service requiring a deposit 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking for a full refund of any scheduled service minus any deposit. Any cancelation(s) less than 48 hours will forfeit payment including service(s) requiring advanced paid seating...however, receive a credit towards any scheduled seating at the next available open schedule event date of your choice. or ( if in Tulsa a credit will be supplied toward the cost of a "seat" at ArtsyRe Creative Studio LLC)
